Warehouse Operations Coordinator (6 Months Contract)
Dialog Axiata PLC, part of Axiata Group Berhad, is Sri Lanka's leading connectivity provider across mobile, pay TV, broadband, and international services. With strong presence in digital, financial, and IT services, the company serves over 20 million customers nationwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory and distribution processes.
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Manage inbound and outbound operations using the Dialog ERP system
- Prepare and share inventory reports, and follow up with relevant channel partners
- Work with the Dialog front-end system to complete daily operational tasks
- Conduct site visits and warehouse inspections as part of operational supervision
- Resolve issues related to returned materials, both in-house and with vendor partners
- Monitor and verify vendor performance against agreed service levels and key performance targets
- This role involves field coordination and on-site supervision activities; therefore, candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse and field-based environment
Required qualifications and skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Prior experience in warehouse or supply chain operations will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational tasks efficiently
- Willingness to be hands-on, including site visits and operational supervision
- Male candidates preferred
