MANAGER AFTER SALES

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – After Sales to lead and manage our premium automotive aftersales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving excellence across Parts, Service, Paint & Body operations while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire after sales division including Service, Parts, Warranty, and Paint & Body Repair.
  • Ensure Porsche standards are consistently maintained in Parts and Service operations.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring achievement of financial and operational targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Department.
  • Handle customer concerns effectively through prompt resolution and continuous follow-up.
  • Build high-performing teams through coaching, training, motivation, evaluation, and staff development.
  • Ensure maximum utilization and productivity of labor, workshop space, and available resources.
  • Oversee warranty claim processing procedures and ensure timely settlements.
  • Monitor workshop scheduling, job allocation, diagnosis, work-in-progress, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Manage parts inventory, workflow, and availability to support efficient workshop operations.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across the After Sales facility.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality repairs and superior customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • 10 years of senior leadership experience in premium or luxury automotive after sales operations.
  • Proven experience in managing Paint & Body repair workshops in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent command of English with the ability to communicate effectively with principals and stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy with experience in dealer and importer management systems.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and customer service orientation.
