Customer Care Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
Be the first point of contact for our customers — handling enquiries, coordinating service bookings, and ensuring every interaction between our customers and engineering team is handled with care and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Coordinate service bookings and follow-ups with the engineering team
- Ensure smooth communication and timely updates between customers and engineers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Support in preparing reports and maintaining customer databases
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Sinhala — Tamil is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and office management software
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience coordinating between technical teams and customers — an advantage
- Accurate data entry and documentation skills
- Calm, professional, and composed under pressure
