Customer Care Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

Be the first point of contact for our customers — handling enquiries, coordinating service bookings, and ensuring every interaction between our customers and engineering team is handled with care and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Coordinate service bookings and follow-ups with the engineering team
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely updates between customers and engineers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
  • Support in preparing reports and maintaining customer databases

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Sinhala — Tamil is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and office management software
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating between technical teams and customers — an advantage
  • Accurate data entry and documentation skills
  • Calm, professional, and composed under pressure
