Schedule
5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday–Saturday)
Salary
LKR 50,000 – 100,000 (Depends on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S. customers
- Schedule service appointments
- Manage inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Prepare estimates and invoices
- Provide excellent customer support
Requirements
- GCE A/L or Undergraduate and above
- Mandatory: Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
- Minimum 2 years international customer service experience
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Ability to handle U.S. customers confidently
- Clear and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
