KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage a strong client portfolio within freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure service excellence
  • Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Drive new business verticals, key accounts, and strategic partnerships
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics or Shipping industry
  • Proven track record in business development and key account management
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Relevant professional or academic qualifications
