KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a strong client portfolio within freight forwarding and logistics services
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure service excellence
- Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Drive new business verticals, key accounts, and strategic partnerships
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics or Shipping industry
- Proven track record in business development and key account management
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Relevant professional or academic qualifications
