  • ANSWER CALLS & MESSAGES
  • MANAGE APPOINTMENTS
  • RESPOND ON SOCIAL MEDIA
  • DELIVER GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

YOUR ROLE

  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & hotline
  • Assist customers with appointments and salon bookings
  • Respond to social media messages and comments
  • Follow up on customer complaints and ensure resolutions
  • Maintain customer records and inquiry logs
  • Coordinate with branches to provide excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Digital Communications
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and WhatsApp Business
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
