- ANSWER CALLS & MESSAGES
- MANAGE APPOINTMENTS
- RESPOND ON SOCIAL MEDIA
- DELIVER GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
YOUR ROLE
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & hotline
- Assist customers with appointments and salon bookings
- Respond to social media messages and comments
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure resolutions
- Maintain customer records and inquiry logs
- Coordinate with branches to provide excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Digital Communications
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Familiarity with social media platforms and WhatsApp Business
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
