SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Age 24 years and above.
- Fluency in spoken and written in both Sinhala & English.
