We’re looking for two warm, dependable people to help travelers rest well between flights.
Manager
Salary: Rs. 100,000+/mo + incentive
Hours: 24 days / month
Shift: Daytime
English required
Other languages a plus
- 2+ years in hospitality, retail, or front-desk management
- Lead, train, and schedule the lounge team
- Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and reporting
- Keep the lounge calm, welcoming, and spotless
- Confident with POS systems and basic computer tasks
- Well-presented, dependable, and service-minded
Customer Care Specialist
Base + incentives
15 days / month
Rotating day & night
English required
Other languages a plus
- Welcome guests and guide them through pod check-in
- Deliver warm, attentive service around the clock
- Keep pods and common areas clean and ready
- Handle bookings and payments accurately
- Comfortable working rotating night shifts
- Friendly, reliable, and a natural team player
