SALES MANAGER/ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

The leading trend setting and successful business house is expanding its business into diversified areas and we are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma or any other relevant professional qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High level of organization and detail-orientation.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
