HR Executive - Documentation
Location: Piliyandala
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage employee personal files throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Prepare and issue HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other employment-related correspondence.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of employee records in the HRIS.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Provide attendance, leave, and employee data reports to support payroll processing.
- Liaise with the Payroll Executive to ensure accurate employee information for monthly payroll.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and general HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or general HR functions.
- Experience in HRIS administration and employee record management.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
