HR Executive - Documentation

Location: Piliyandala

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage employee personal files throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare and issue HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other employment-related correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of employee records in the HRIS.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Provide attendance, leave, and employee data reports to support payroll processing.
  • Liaise with the Payroll Executive to ensure accurate employee information for monthly payroll.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure proper documentation and filing.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and general HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or general HR functions.
  • Experience in HRIS administration and employee record management.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
