As we continue our expansion, we are looking for an energetic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a passion for technology sales and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across key industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across enterprise customers.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with technical and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, ICT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT, Enterprise Solutions, AIDC, RFID, Barcode, Networking, Software, or related technology sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
