SENIOR GARMENT TECHNOLOGIST (WATHUTIPITWALA)
The Job:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Garment Technologist to oversee the technical aspects of our garment production process.
The successful candidate will work closely with our design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop garment specifications and prototypes.
- Conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to patterns and samples.
- Evaluate fabric and trim quality and performance.
- Work close with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure adherence to production standards and timelines.
- Conduct quality inspections and provide feedback to production teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to garment production.
Qualifications:
- Should have a Degree / Diploma in the relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Garment Technologist in the fashion industry.
- Experience in pattern making would be an added advantage.
- Should be conversant with all aspects of garment construction.
- Ability to initiate and develop procedures to improve quality of the products.
