EXECUTIVE FIELD AGRONOMIST
KANTHALE, SOORIYAPURA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor plantation activities to ensure optimal crop production and field performance.
- Provide technical guidance and practical recommendations on crop management and agronomic practices.
- Implement sustainable agricultural practices while maintaining quality control standards.
- Collaborate with field teams to enhance productivity and resolve operational and agronomic issues.
- Efficiently supervise and manage the farm workforce.
- Maintain accurate farm records and prepare timely reports on field activities and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Agricultural Diploma or NVQ qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in plantation management or a related agricultural field.
- Strong knowledge of crop production techniques and agronomy principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to be based at Kanthale, Sooriyaapura.
