MANAGER-TICKETING AND RESERVATIONS
A solid understanding of reservations, including proficiency in issuing tickets, managing cancellations, and processing refunds.
Good communication skills are essential for interaction with both airlines and customers. This includes the ability to convey information clearly and professionally both in English and Sinhala
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage a team effectively and ensure the training and development of junior staff members.
. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
MANAGER - SALES AND MARKETING
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, showcasing a track record of successful sales performance in the airlines and tourism industry.
- Capability to execute marketing and promotional strategies effectively
- Excellent public relations skills with the ability to influence and convince potential customers, fostering positive relationships and driving customer engagement.
- . The candidate should have the skills to develop and manage a sales team, ensuring that the team is motivated, well-coordinated, and aligned with the company's objectives.
- Fluent in both English and Sinhala to facilitate effective communication
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the airlines and tourism industry
