MANAGER-IN BOUND
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and handling inbound tours, demonstrating proficiency in the end-to-end tour process. Possession of knowledge in market trends and pricing, particularly in the hotel sector. This includes staying updated on industry dynamics to ensure competitive and attractive tour packages.
Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with hotels, as procurement is a key focus. This involves effective negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with hotel partners.
. Be fluent in English and Sinhala.
MANAGER - OUT BOUND
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle inquiries for outbound packages, including coordinating transport, accommodation, and related services to meet customer requirements.
- Proven experience in negotiating special rates with suppliers for group tours, showcasing the ability to secure favorable terms and cost-effective solutions.
- Excellence in using online hotel booking engines, ensuring efficient and accurate reservations for clients.
- Good command of English & Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for public relations
