Sales Executive (Male/Female)

Bartleet IT is looking for a goal oriented, focused and highly motivated individual to drive their Partner and Channel Sales for their network technology product portfolio. The individual will win, maintain, and expand relationships with the channel trade, resellers and systems integrators / consulting partners and will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. Attractive compensation and benefits, including base salary, commissions and medical cover await the selected candidate.

Duties of the Sales Executive:

  • Implement channel marketing plans set out by the management.
  • identify and proactively recruit new qualifying partners and over the on-boarding process.
  • Establish professional and productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations for partners and coordinate with relevant teams to deliver adequate training for
  • partners.
  • Monthly reports on sales KPI's among channel partnersMeet assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of IT products and solutions specifically in the areas of networking technology.
  • • A strong existing relationship with IT products and solutions re-sellers and systems integrators. Ability to negotiate contracts with strategic partners and attending meetings to serve as representatives of their organizations.
  • Be within the age group of 25 35.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in selling IT products and service solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel out of Colombo is a must.

Sales / Office Coordinator

Responsibilities include sales support, cross- department coordination, administrative tasks, and order dispatch. Success requires top-notch organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, alongside a dedication to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in pricing and details.

  • Process orders promptly following internal procedures for approval and invoicing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed of any delays or issues.
  • Coordinate with courier services and follow up on payments.
  • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and schedule appointments.
  • Collaborate across departments for smooth sales and marketing operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Highly proficient in computer literacy.
  • Reasonable, administrative, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar roleAbility to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Successful completion of GCE A/L examination.
