Job Profile:

Analyze the employee Training Needs (TNA) and identify the company objectives to develop strategic and innovative training & development programmes. Draw the Corporate T&D plan and annual training calendar. Conduct overall companies' Annual Performance Appraisals (PMS) and consultation with the respective Line Managers/Department Heads to identify and assess future and current learning needs through job analysis. Coordinate effective induction orientation sessions and soft skills trainings monthly basis. Monitor and evaluate the training program's productivity and outcomes to analyze ROTI periodically.

Plan, organize and execute all the Employee engagement activities/ Welfare /CSR and Sports activities in the Company according to the annual budget plan.

Design all the employee communication materials to aware employees about all HR initiatives. Collaborate & cooperate with all respective stakeholders and maintain a healthy relationship. Assisting the HR Administration, documentation and operational tasks with the team.

Assisting the HRIS matters, and other HR functions as when required.

Candidate Profile:

Fully or partly qualified in Degree or Professional qualification in HRM.

Required a minimum one year experience in the related discipline in similar capacity.

Should possess a good command of English and Sinhala communication skills in both oral and written.

Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.

Age below 30 years.

Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential information.

Female candidates are preferred.

Should be a good team player who can work with multiple stakeholders and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Ability to work in a fully computerized environment and excellent Computer literacy (MS Office package) and knowledge in HRIS portal.
