Manager/ Assistant Manager
Anura Holdings is a leading Fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) in Sri Lanka & it is located in Dankotuwa town. We are seeking an accomplished and visionary individual to join our team as a Manager / Assistant Manager, driving excellence and innovation within our Fast-moving consumer operations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all facets of daily showroom operations, including opening & closing procedures.
- Lead, guide & motivate the showroom sales team to surpass sales targets and uphold service standards.
Conduct comprehensive coaching and training sessions for sales associates, enhancing their product knowledge and sales proficiency.

Keeping up the customer debt collection period by regular follow-ups, timely payment collection, and manager oversight of cash management.
Analyze sales metrics, identify trends and develop strategies to propel sales growth.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues and nurturing a welcoming showroom atmosphere.
Manage inventory, contribute to strategic visual merchandising initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the broader management team to devise and implement sales promotions and marketing strategies.
Qualifications & requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Full or part professional qualification of CIM or SLIM.
- Proven track record in retail sales with demonstrable success in a managerial role.
- Exceptional leadership skills and adeptness in team management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to a customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
