Manager - Quality Assurance
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in Manufacturing/Process Control/Physical Science/ Textile/Clothing Technology from an accredited university/ professional institution
Minimum 08-10 years' relevant work experience in an Apparel manufacturing environment
Responsibilities & Skills
Should possess thorough knowledge of statistical quality management techniques, quality management system applications, product testing, inspection, constructions, patterns, sampling and safety procedures
Should be able to monitor & maintain quality assurance (QA) practices, quality control systems & processes, whilst liaising with the relevant teams, to meet the required customer quality standards/ specifications in a timely and effective manner
Should be able to carry out & follow-up on pre-production activities, to resolve technical & quality issues before the relevant styles are introduced to a module, in order to ensure a smooth production flow.
Should be a detail-oriented, proactive team player, possessing strong leadership, analytical & problem solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced work environment in a proactive manner, maintaining a positive attitude
Should be a dynamic individual who drives change & possess excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken

Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in Textile/Clothing Technology from an accredited university/professional institution
Minimum 06-08 years' relevant work experience in an Apparel manufacturing environment
Responsibilities & Skills
Should possess hands-on experience & sound technical knowledge on product development, pattern making, equipment technology, sewing techniques, product costing, understanding of the overall business processes and customer requirements
Ability to liaise with the relevant customers on clarifications, recommendations, construction, specification & be able to resolve critical, technical and operational issues
Should be a detail-oriented individual demonstrating the ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced work environment in a proactive manner, maintaining a positive attitude. Should possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
