Provide prompt and courteous customer care and basic technical support to customers via tickets & live chat, troubleshooting issues such as regarding client websites, email etc. Resolve customer care and basic technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with other team members to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions. Assist customers with domain registrations, SSL and websites. Continuously expand your technical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to better serve our customers.
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the web hosting industry. Possess a solid understanding of websites, concepts, domain names, email. Understanding of web hosting technologies, including cPanel, DNS management, FTP, MySQL, PHP, and WordPress would be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Reliable internet connection and comfortable working from a remote location.
