New Product Development Executive
We are on the lookout for a dynamic, young and energetic individual who sets responsible for the development of a product or product line which establishes the product portfolio strategy and ensure that they adhere to specified quality standards. The perspective candidates will be responsible to developing new products, maintain the current product quality finish goods and packing material through the system according to the ISO standards.
Candidate Profile:
Age below 40 years
Candidates are residing in Gampaha or suburbs are preferred

As a New Product Development Executive at Royal Cashews, you will play a pivotal role in driving our innovation and growth strategies. Working within a dynamic team environment, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and launching new products to meet consumer demands and market trends in key result areas as follows:
Provide leadership, vision & strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products include controlling cost
Oversee research and concept development activities to innovate new product, product enhancement and product redesign
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and consumer insights
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the timely development and production of prototypes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on project objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements Requirements:Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field from a recognized universityMinimum of 1 year of experience in new product development within the FMCG industryStrong understanding of food science principles, sensory evaluation, and product commercialization processesExcellent project management skills, proven analytical and problem-solving skillProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applicationsAbility to work efficiently in a challenging environmentProactive, positive attitudes and attention to detail
