We are looking for a Talented Manager Assistant Manager in Human Resources. An inspiring experience in a well-reputed and leading Launderette in Colombo city. 'Sunshine Launderette' (Sunshine Services) is currently serving a large customer base providing solutions to Washing, Pressing, and Dry-cleaning requirements. Sunshine Services has a well-experienced set of staff of over 100 and 16 outlets. The main washing plant is situated in Mathegoda.

Candidate should ideally With a degree or full professional qualifications in human resources management. 05 to 07 years of practical work experience in the field of Human Resources management out of which 03 years as a Manager/Assistant Manager handling key HR operations. Previous experience managing factory/workflow-level employees will be an added advantage and have very good communication skills. Thorough knowledge of the workflow-level target allocations, monitoring the performance, and initiating strategies to improve the same daily. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. A good motivator and people's leader. Age between 40 to 45 years

The candidate will be responsible for providing fullest support to the Head of Operations - Factory while motivating employees to achieve given targets. Driving the performance management process and ensuring the utilization of manpower to the best effect. Assist with all day-to-day HR operations at the factory and coordinate with HO to ensure a smooth workflow. Motivate teams, monitor performance, give feedback, develop team capabilities, and obtain optimum team/individual performance and achievement of factory targets. Identify manpower requirements, develop manpower plans, and ensure attraction, selection, and recruitment of the right talents. Ensure training and deployment requirements are identified and implement suitable training plans with the consultation of HO. Providing pay-related information/data to the HO. Grievance handling and counseling of employees. Handling staff welfare, team meetings, building CFTS, QC circles, etc. Maintain Staff discipline and implement employee engagement activities.
