As a premier tour operator specializing in bespoke Sri Lanka holidays for global agencies, we are committed to delivering excellence.

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, result oriented and highly motivated individuals for the position of Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions of the company.
  • Fully spearhead the recruitment, external talent search and acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with management to create and execute HR strategies supporting business goals.
  • Design, implement, and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's values and objectives.
  • Develop and conduct employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Address employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Create and analyze HR metrics and reports to improve decision-making.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working in similar capacity or preferably in role of HR Manager
  • Champion the delivery of memorable experiences for stakeholders, while efficiently managing the operations and administration.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent command of the English language coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics and HR analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
