As a premier tour operator specializing in bespoke Sri Lanka holidays for global agencies, we are committed to delivering excellence.
We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, result oriented and highly motivated individuals for the position of Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR functions of the company.
- Fully spearhead the recruitment, external talent search and acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with management to create and execute HR strategies supporting business goals.
- Design, implement, and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's values and objectives.
- Develop and conduct employee onboarding and training programs.
- Address employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Create and analyze HR metrics and reports to improve decision-making.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience working in similar capacity or preferably in role of HR Manager
- Champion the delivery of memorable experiences for stakeholders, while efficiently managing the operations and administration.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command of the English language coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong expertise in data analytics and HR analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
