RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

PURPOSE OF HIRING

Sourcing new candidates to fulfill the vacancies.

  • Create a pool of applicants ready to fill vacancies.
  • Screening candidates and Shortlisting for client's final interview.
  • Meet targets for the number of vacancies taken.
  • Maintaining records of candidates for future vacancies.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

The minimum qualification required is a Diploma or any other relevant course, preferably in marketing, HR, or business relationship studies.

  • MS Office Knowledge.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of Recruitment Marketing
  • Good knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Team player
  • Good time-management skills

AGE: 25 YEARS-35 YEARS | LANGUAGE: ENGLISH & SINHALA OR TAMIL
