RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
PURPOSE OF HIRING
Sourcing new candidates to fulfill the vacancies.
- Create a pool of applicants ready to fill vacancies.
- Screening candidates and Shortlisting for client's final interview.
- Meet targets for the number of vacancies taken.
- Maintaining records of candidates for future vacancies.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
The minimum qualification required is a Diploma or any other relevant course, preferably in marketing, HR, or business relationship studies.
- MS Office Knowledge.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing
- Good knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Team player
- Good time-management skills
