DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENT

- Responding to Customer Inquiries

- Providing Service Information

- Handling Customer Transactions, Resolving Customer Issues

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Has 1 year experience in Similar Role

- Must have working knowledge in MS Office

- Problem-Solving Abilities

- Decision Making Skills

- Team Work

- G.C.E. Advance Level

- Age Between 20-40

  • Remuneration: Basic salary, Attendance bonus & Commissions
