CALL CENTER ASSISTANT MANAGER /

SENIOR ANALYST / ANALYST

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than one year of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and effective communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
  • Excellent English verbal, written communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with call center technologies is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekendsTypically work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Basic Knowledge of IT Application using (Microsoft Office Package)
