Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
Colombo Furniture House is a factory outlet located in Maharagama, offering a range of household furniture solutions, dedicated to making our customers' experience with us as convenient as possible
Role involves

- Communicate and coordinate with customers over the phone, at the factory outlet and via social media channels with enthusiasm and skill that exceeds customer expectations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Documentation work involving clients, such as invoicing and record keeping
- Liaise with customers and factory staff to coordinate deliveries, and provide feedback on product quality & design
- Support in developing social media marketing strategies/material
- Perform analysis of client engagement and product delivery on a regular basis
Requirements
- Suitable qualification in business, marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage Age between 23-35 years
- Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy with proficiency in using MS Office tools Familiarity with social media channels
- High degree of integrity, punctuality, and effectiveness
- Priority will be given to candidates living in close proximity
