Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Colombo Furniture House is a factory outlet located in Maharagama, offering a range of household furniture solutions, dedicated to making our customers' experience with us as convenient as possible

Role involves

  • Communicate and coordinate with customers over the phone, at the factory outlet and via social media channels with enthusiasm and skill that exceeds customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Documentation work involving clients, such as invoicing and record keeping
  • Liaise with customers and factory staff to coordinate deliveries, and provide feedback on product quality & design
  • Support in developing social media marketing strategies/material
  • Perform analysis of client engagement and product delivery on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Suitable qualification in business, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage Age between 23-35 years
  • Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in using MS Office tools Familiarity with social media channels
  • High degree of integrity, punctuality, and effectiveness
  • Priority will be given to candidates living in close proximity
