Manager - Merchandising
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail management, or a related field.
Having a Masters in relevant field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in same capacity in apparel sector
Basic financial knowledge is necessary for budgeting, forecasting sales, analyzing profitability, and optimizing pricing strategies.
Effective organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Assistant Manager - Merchandising
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, merchandising, retail management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
Experience in areas such as inventory management, product selection, vendor relations, or sales analysis is advantageous.
Flexibility in adjusting merchandising strategies and priorities.
