Operations Executive/Coordinator

Join our dynamic team at Thema Collection as an Operations Executive/Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across our esteemed properties! Reporting directly to the CEO you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with the Operations Manager to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement and accounts, to streamline processes.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to uphold our reputation for exceptional service.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the properties.
- Follow up on various operational needs of every property.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel operations or related field is preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
