We are seeking an ambitious and astute professional with a proven track record and currently handling the undernoted functions in a group of companies.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
- The potential candidate should have the following requirements.
- A sound knowledge in the interior trade.
- Be aware of current market rates and supplier/contractor basis is essential.
- Essential understanding of furniture, partitioning and materials.
- Have hands on experience in Auto CAD/and the ability to read drawings.
- Be able to conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations.
- Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years' of experience in the Interior Field.
- Be willing to work independently with own creative ideas.
- Be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
- ITC Handling would be an added advantage.
