The Job

  • Vigilantly handle the Vendor Management process of the company while facilitating administration support to staff.
  • Liaise with wide range of vendors and independently handle the vendor registration process as per the group guidelines.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments to obtain ceaseless service whilst maintaining expense records vs budgets, periodic MIS etc.,
  • Monitor resources towards hygienic housekeeping, stationary management and staff welfare requirements. Ensure all security and safety systems of the company function continuously in required status without interruption.
  • Prepare and monitor administration budget of the company and initiate cost-effective mechanisms.
  • Efficiently handle infrastructure and relocation projects of the company by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

The Person

  • Degree/Professional Qualification in Logistic Management / Administration or related qualification from a recognized academic or professional body.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Higher level of analytical skills towards decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Vibrant personality competent in MS Office packages.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation.
