Tech Support Hero (Trainee)

SkyNetHosting.Inc. are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Technical Support Heroes (Trainees)!. Are you fluent in English, and have a passion for problem-solving? Do you crave a fast-paced environment where you can learn cutting-edge tech? We'll train you, while advance your skills and explore tech career paths. No prior experience necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous customer care and basic technical support to customers via tickets & live chat, troubleshooting issues such as regarding client websites, email etc.
- Assist customers with domain registrations, SSL and websites.
- Continuously expand your technical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to better serve our customers.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with cloud computing, understanding of web hosting technologies, including cPanel, DNS management, FTP, MySQL, PHP, and WordPress.
Technical background (Not mandatory, but a plus!):
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Higher National Diploma in Computing
- Similar programs focused on web technologies and cloud computing offered by institutes of the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) or Institute of Information & Communication Technology (ICTA)
Customer service experience is a plus.
Interest in technology & gadgets (we love tech enthusiasts!)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
