The Person We Are Looking For....
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Security Systems Division. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by facilitating the coordination of sales activities and ensuring seamless communication between departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate sales-related activities, including client inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
Professional Qualifications & Experience Required
- Post Advanced Level qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the security industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
