JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are on the lookout for exceptionally self-motivated & driven individuals with high levels of perseverance to win, to join us as an Executive - HR & Administration. You will be responsible to assist HRM in developing, implementing, sustaining and improving effective Human Resource objectives and procedures in order to ensure payroll, recruitment, retention, administration, motivation, compliance and performance of staff at all levels and thereby support organizational business objectives.

Provide advice/guidance to the management on all aspects related to the development/ implementation of human resources procedures to facilitate organizational objectives. Ensure all organizational manpower requirements are identified whilst attracting selecting and recruiting suitable talent, and ensure the training and development needs of all employees are identified, fulfilled and monitored for continuous improvement of performance.

Assist in managing the training & development by identifying all training needs, preparation of training budgets, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and monitor and evaluate.

Ensure overall HR Administrative function carried out effectively in order to sustain a conducive working environment while delivering best HR Services to the organization and administration of Human Capital Management system.

Support the implementation, develop and plan data transaction/entry into ERP System (HR). Oversee time and attendance and payroll functions in order to make payments in a timely and accurate manner to the best satisfaction of the employees.

Support the implementation of performance management system, guide and advise the management on all performance management related aspects.

Promote and sustain best industrial relation practices to ensure all employee grievances/ issues are resolved effectively and thereby create harmonious working environment.

. Assist in preparing, monitoring and controlling the annual HR budget for the organization.

Ensure that the organization meet all criteria for HR compliance audits by implementing control mechanisms and overseeing the practices/ standards and assist in the preparation and monitoring of all the departmental budgets.

Provide advice/guidance to the management on all aspects related to Legal proceedings/ Internal domestic inquiries etc.

Attend all courts hearings of the company cases as the representative of the organization as and when required (Colombo / Anuradhapura).

Implement and develop ISO and OHSAS Standards/ Provide ISO Training, coaching and

necessary activities to ensure departments' awareness about company's policies and procedures as per ISO guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Age between below 40 years.

Competent candidate with a degree/MBA from recognized university and/or a professional qualification in HR from recognized institute.

A dynamic individual with minimum 04 years of experience in a senior executive in handling payroll, administration, compliance, talent acquisition, employer branding, legal proceedings and health & Safety etc.

  • Quick learner with excellent knowledge on HR practices and Sri Lankan labour law.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written in English.

Excellent knowledge and experience in HRIS system.
