  • Handle client inquiries through calls and emails, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Create comprehensive work instructions to streamline troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Requirements

  • Possess strong knowledge of hardware and network systems.
  • Responsible for setting up and managing IT network of all company locations.
  • Work with the team and the client with highest levels of quality and professionalism in line with the assignment scope.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field from a recognized Institute.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills in English.
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.

Remuneration will not be less than Rs. 65,000
