- Handle client inquiries through calls and emails, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Create comprehensive work instructions to streamline troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Possess strong knowledge of hardware and network systems.
- Responsible for setting up and managing IT network of all company locations.
- Work with the team and the client with highest levels of quality and professionalism in line with the assignment scope.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field from a recognized Institute.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills in English.
- Strong Organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
Remuneration will not be less than Rs. 65,000
