Job description:

  • 1. Daily email & phone call handle
  • 2. Daily communicate with Australia team for problem discussion
  • 3. Team management
  • 3. New agent training with Austr
  • 4. Daily other assignments

Job requirement:

  • 1. CS experience on email/chat/voice handling
  • 2. Good english communication (written & speak) 3. Good responsibility, attendance
  • 3. Own PC & stable home network

Others:

  • 1. Accept time gap, Australia time (working time & holiday)
  • 2. Work from home, Mon - Fri (8 hours), Sat & Sun (OFF)
  • 3. Offer: basic salary KPI
