CHEF
Polwaththa Eco Lodges is situated 19km east of Kandy. We have 14 lodges spread across 13 acres of forest, and each offers basic comfort with great views and privacy.
We offer activities including Yoga, local cooking lessons, a wide choice of treks through nature, bird watching and Community interaction.
- Handling all kitchen operations
- Developing our current traditional menu to include local and Western fusion cuisine
- Overseeing cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Taking stock and ordering supplies
- Work well within a young dynamic team
- Min 2-year experience
English is a bonus
