• Oversee import and export process of the company with the guidance of senior management. .Prepare and timely update shipment plan by referring Purchasing Orders receive from customers from different countries.
- Liaise with operation team and ensure planned shipments are meet assigned deadlines and coordinate with customers accordingly.
- Deal with forwarders as coordination party of the company and make arrangement to take most economical and effective service in forwarding.
- Manage the full function of documentation in shipping and forwarding.
- Involve with administrative jobs related to the function and facilitate required information to senior management for effective decision making.
Arrangement of tickets and visa as per the requirement of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience in Logistic/ Shipping/ Supply chain which is useful to perform the jobs that are listed above.
- Qualified with a Degree or Diploma in logistic/ Shipping/ Supply chain management from a recognized university or institution.
- Language skills in English is an essential with computer skill in emailing, MS Office and ERP.
- Be a talented negotiator with better capability to forecast and analyse versatile business environments.
