We're Hiring French Speakers!

Are you fluent in French? Do you have a passion for sales and aspire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Mix Consultancy is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a French-speaking Outbound Sales Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with French clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Requirements:

Fluent in French.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous sales or outbound customer service experience/ Call Center Representative Experience (Preferred).

We Offer:

  • Salary 150 000 LKR + bonuses
  • Monday to Friday (1.00 PM to 10:00 PM) OR (3.00PM to 12.00 AM)
  • Transportation is provided.
  • 2 Days per month paid leaves.
  • Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employee Trust Fund (ETF) is provided
  • Comprehensive Training.
