What we are looking for
Candidates with an academic or a professional qualification in the field of Law or fresh graduates of Law with a passion to work in a corporate environment.
Draft and review the documents with regards to Company changes, NGO Registration, Trademark Registration, and Bank Facilities.
Communicate with clients.
Use online portals and predefined processes to complete duties.
Coordinating with government institutions such as the Registrar of Companies, National Intellectual Property Office as and when needed.
Nature of work: Full Time (Monday to Friday Only - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
