System & Network Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System and Network Administrators to join our dynamic team.
This role involves providing expert remote support for a variety of technical issues related to Desktop Support, firewalls, routers, networks, VPNs, Printer, Desktop PC and specific hardware like Ubiquiti / Fortigate & NGFW Firewalls.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level remote support for General IT Issues like PC / Printers / Routers / Firewalls / Switches / Networking / Windows Servers/ Active Directory / VOIP / WiFi / General IT & User Issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Ubiquiti and FortiGate hardware.
- Communicate effectively with foreign (English) clients, understanding their needs and providing clear, concise solutions.
- Engage in ongoing technical research to stay abreast of new technologies and advancements.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proven knowledge and experience in networking, specifically in firewalls, routers, VPNs, Ubiquiti, and FortiGate.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to interact effectively with international clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- A keen interest in learning new technologies and staying updated with current technological trends.
- Passionate about technical research and its application in practical scenarios.
- Relevant certifications in networking and IT support (such as CCNA, CompTIA Network) are advantageous.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality when accessing customer's systems to protect their data.
- Positive Attitudes and passion for innovation.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Working Hours Shift Basis(Day time / Night time)

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 Years of network, System, PC Issues, troubleshooting and device configurations with Remote Support -Fortinet NSE / CCNA.
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Network Administration.
