EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES TALENT ACQUISITION
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition), and will be responsible for supporting the overall Talent Acquisition function at Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort. You will be a key member of the overall HR team to drive the mass Talent Acquisition campaign across the country.
- You will work closely with the departmental hiring managers in coordinating selection tests and assessments to select the best candidates for the pre-opening team.
- You will ensure to complete all pre-requisites required for the suitable candidates prior to making an offer in compliance with company HR policy.
- You will also coordinate and manage the post-interview feedback with the department Hiring Manager and candidates and maintain necessary talent pipelines for future requirements.
