IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
As a Help Desk Analyst or IT Support Engineer, your main responsibility is to provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Your primary goal is to address user concerns efficiently, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the IT department.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in IT support, help desk operations, or technical customer service.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service and support.
Maintain accurate records of user requests, technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
