Head of Human Resources
Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision making of the company's HR plan and ensuring of its alignment in the overall business strategy.
Ability to independently handle all HR functions named, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, compensation management, learning and development, HRIS and labor relations. Plan, review, formulate and implement HR policies and processes for the company.
Drive and strategize Learning & Development initiatives via company online training platform and other training methodologies.
Handling the HR operational aspect whilst meeting the set KPIs & and service standards.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to Group HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
A degree in Human Resources or Management or a Professional Qualification in Human Resources from a recognized university. Having an MBA would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of overall HR experience with at least 5 years of exposure in handling a similar role.
Should possess high business acumen, strategic ability, leadership and management skills.
In-depth understanding and expertise in handling all advanced Human Resources functionalities.
Being highly competent in analytical, project management, organizational development, leadership and people management skills.
