Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and leverage market knowledge and expertise to increase the Sales of Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters and other Heating Equipment.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and reports.
- Manage negotiations of sales contracts and order closures.
- Provide design parameters for customized products and strategize the sales of newly launched products by liaising with Principals.
- Liaise with Associates to develop sales strategies, derive Annual Business Plans, driving market share in all product lines.
Execute internal and external business strategies to optimize customer relationships.
Manage monthly information sheets (MIS) and year-end close processes with Associates and within the Business Development Division.
Work with Business Intelligence and Marketing to improve the Business of assigned verticals.
Organize Customer Meet Forums to present new products and engineering solutions to overcome manufacturing challenges.
Recruit sales team, set objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and monitor performance, conduct performance review, ensuring their KPI objectives are achieved.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Capital Equipment Sales such as boilers, Chillers, Compressors, DG Sites etc in Sri Lanka & Maldives etc
- Degree / Diploma in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering from a reputed University in Sri Lanka / Overseas is also preferred
- Excellent Rapport with Industries
Posses Skilled in Enquiry Generation, Order Closure, Strategic Business Plans Across BOI/NON BOI & conversion
Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies
- To command & communicate in local language
- With Good Communications Skills, Negotiations, Presentations, Fast learner
- Willing to travel extensively across the island wide to generate the sales
Assistant Service Manager/ Facility Executive - Operations & Maintenance in Pannala Site
- B.sc/NDT/HNDE/NDES or equivalent in Mechanical / Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Exposure to operation and maintenance of capital equipment's like Boilers, Steam Accessories, Pumps, Steam Traps and pipelines etc.
- Minimum 4/5 years' experience in boilers Servicing/Overhauling/operation and maintenance will be an added advantage
Chemist Water Treatment & Chemical Division
B.Sc, Chemistry / Degree, NDT in Chemical and Process Engineering or Diploma in Chemistry (ICHEM or any) in Science, Energy and Environment or technical discipline OR substantial relevant industry experience
- Should be below 35 years of age
- Ability to lead a team, responsible for boiler chemical maintenance services and Customer centric approach, analyzing the shortfalls and advising Client's senior management team for implementation
Strong on leadership and persuasion skills
Sound knowledge in technical domain with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience good understanding in Boiler Water Treatment, Cooling Water Treatment, Ion Exchange Resins, Fuel additives & Fireside chemicals, Green Chemicals, Sugar industry chemicals, Paper Chemicals, Oil Field Chemicals, Construction Chemicals etc.
- Experience in similar industry is an added advantage
Project Engineer - Project Devision
- NDT/HNDE/NDES/ Bsc or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Exposure to operation and maintenance of capital equipment's like Boilers, Steam Accessories.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in boilers servicing/overhauling will be an added advantage Ready to work in SAARC countries
