SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER - HR OPERATIONS

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager/ Manager - HR Operations to join us in shaping the future of our workforce. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our HR functions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and effective execution of the hiring process.
  • Manage HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, Learning and Development, compliance, and HRIS management.

Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience of minimum 10 years in HR management, showcasing expertise in process improvement, talent acquisition and policy implementation.

Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage multiple HR programs within the company.

Exceptional proficiency in written and oral English communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of talent management programs.

Willingness to adapt and work across SL and US operational hours, ensuring availability for collaboration and communication across global teams.
