JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.

JOB PROFILE:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market developments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
