Production Supervisor
Requirements:
Coordinate all aspects of the apparel production process, from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery.
Develop production schedules and ensure timely completion of all manufacturing activities.
Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets & maintain a positive work environment.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Clothing Technology or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar capacity and sound knowledge in Bra/Apparel manufacturing.
Excellent organizational, communication, Leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising
- Candidates should be below 45 years & preferably in close proximity to Negombo.
