QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Female)
Responsibilities
Carry out site progress, measurement valuation and follow up on site progress claim.
Check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within project budget.
Cost negotiation with suppliers/clients/consultants and project accounts.
Provide advice on the range of legal, quality, and contractual issues.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Age below 30 years
- Able to work independently to maintain high standards accuracy.
- NDQS or Equivalent technical qualification.
- Should be fully conversant in MS Office and other relevant applications. Previous experience in similar field will be added advantage.
- A Minimum of 3 passes at GCE A/L.
